Purpose

Attendify records the attendance of members by recognizing their face on a dedicated Android device. We use your face data only to confirm who you are when you time in and time out.

Data we collect

• Your name and member number, and optionally your email and mobile number.
• A face template: a set of numbers made from your face. We do not keep photos or video of your face.
• Your attendance: the date and time you time in and out, and which device recorded it.
• A record of your consent: when it was given and who recorded it.

How we use it

Only to record and report attendance. We do not use your face data for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it.

How long we keep it

[Retention period to be confirmed]. Your face template is deleted when you leave or when you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to have your data erased or blocked, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
